1. What types of training do you offer?

​

One-on-one sessions, group classes with London Strength, online coaching, and prehab/rehab with Midtown Wellness.

​

2. How do I get started?

​

​We would start with either an in-person consultation or a telephone call to discuss your goals. This will also give us both a chance to get to know each other and figure out if I will be the best fit for your training needs.​

​

3. What is your pricing structure?​

​

My standard pricing can be found here, however, if you need something a bit more bespoke, this can be discussed.

4. Do you offer online or virtual coaching?​

​

I offer online coaching but do not currently offer virtual personal training sessions.

​​

5. What can I expect from a training session?

​

​All training sessions will be tailored to help you achieve your goals, challenge your strengths and address your weaknesses.

6. Do I need any special equipment or gear for training?

​

​Appropriate training clothing and shoes.

​​

7. How many sessions will it take to see results?

​

Progress happens within the first day. Everything you learn from the first session will push you closer to your goals.

8. Can I train if I have a specific injury or health condition?

​

Injuries/health conditions can make it challenging to train at times, fortunately, I have worked with an array of clients which allows me to come up with measured ways to help you towards your goals.

9. What is your cancellation policy?

​

​Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged the full session. If you have signed up for a monthly block of sessions, any missed sessions will not be carried over to the following month.

10. How do you track my progress?

​

I use a platform/app called Trainheroic to program and track all clients' progress and training sessions.​​

11. Are meal plans or nutrition coaching included?

​

​I can only offer general nutrition advice and am not qualified to provide meal plans or nutritional coaching.​

​

12. What if I don’t feel motivated or struggle with consistency?

​

I provide weekly check-ins and personalised training plans. I aim to make sessions as enjoyable as possible, if for whatever reason you are not enjoying sessions or lacking motivation, I am determined to find another solution to help you stay on track. ​

13. How often should I train?​

​

This depends on your level of experience and goals. I typically would like my clients to train between 3-5 days a week.

​​

14. Do you work with beginners or only experienced clients?

​

I have worked with clients of all levels, from absolute beginners to World Champion athletes.

​​
